I submitted a question — when will I get a reply?

First, check your junk mail folder — sometimes normal messages are filtered out accidentally.

Next, it's possible that your email address was mistyped; just write us again (and double-check your email address) if you think our reply may have been misdirected or lost.

Questions are normally answered the same day, often within an hour for anything urgent.

I had a problem submitting a payment. What should I do?
